We travel the world to partner with master artisans, blending modern design with traditional techniques. Each piece is handcrafted in small batches using the highest quality, sustainably sourced materials.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the contiguous United States. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus return shipping fees.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to expand our global reach to bring artisan goods to more homes around the world soon.
How do I care for my handcrafted textiles?
Most of our pillows and throws are made from delicate natural fibers like Alpaca or organic cotton. We recommend dry cleaning or gentle spot cleaning to preserve the integrity of the weave and dye.
Are your products fair trade?
Yes, we are committed to fair trade practices. We ensure all our artisan partners are paid wages that are significantly above the fair trade requirement and work in safe, transparent environments.
